ULI Singapore is pleased to announce the newly elected Co-chair members of WLI, YLG and NEXT who would be serving a two-year term from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026.
“I am honoured to be appointed the Co-Chair for the Young Leaders Group (YLG) Committee. It is an exciting time for the real estate industry and ULI Singapore, with emerging trends in urban development and evolving dynamics influenced by demographic changes, global geopolitical shifts and economic uncertainties. Under outgoing Co-Chair Dionne Hoh’s charge, we have made significant strides in navigating this transformation, and I share in her ambition to continue this momentum.
For the upcoming term, I’ll have the privilege to work closely with my fellow Co-Chair Kelvin Chan and Committee Members from diverse backgrounds. Together, we will foster a cross-functional focus, providing professional content that prioritizes quality and meaningful engagement. We have exciting plans in the pipeline, including mentoring programmes and networking socials all aimed at enriching our members’ growth and industry knowledge. I am especially looking forward to reaching out to students and young professionals, supporting them in their career journeys and building lasting relationships.”
– ULI Singapore YLG Co-chair | Nicole Lum, Consultant, Morrow Intelligence
“With a background in architecture, real estate and sustainability, I look forward to working closely with my fellow NEXT Co-chair, Goh Wanjing; the various ULI councils and committees in bridging between our youth members and our senior members, in creating an environment of diversity and equity.
As the new Co-chair of the ULI Singapore NEXT committee, my aspirations are rooted in fostering a community of emerging and mid-career real estate leaders committed to innovation and growth, through thought leadership activities and a continued exposure to nascent developments that impact our industry, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). Collaborating with the ULI Singapore team and councils, my vision is to empower our members to drive positive change in the built environment, with sustainability as its backbone.”
– ULI Singapore NEXT Co-chair | Tan Szue Hann, Head, Sustainability | Director, Sustainable Urban Renewal, Keppel Ltd
“I am deeply honoured to follow in the footsteps of the remarkable women who previously chaired the WLI. Over the past year serving on the WLI council, I have witnessed firsthand how this organization unites individuals for important conversations on diversity, advocating for gender equality and parity, particularly within leadership roles in our industry.
I am excited to collaborate with my co-chair, Wee Su Lin, and the outstanding women of the WLI Steering Committee to advance our mission and enhance member participation through impactful events.”
– ULI Singapore WLI Co-chair | Chan Hui Min, Director, DP Architects
