We kicked off our ULI Singapore Mentorship Programme last year on 10 June with 23 mentees paired with 19 mentors across the real estate spectrum. Our ULI mentors come from a broad range of talents across diverse backgrounds. We reached out to the mentors and mentees midway through the programme and sought their feedback. It was resoundingly positive with most mentors enjoying reflecting on their own learned experiences to sieve out useful advice for their mentees, while learning more about current struggles faced by the younger professionals in the New Reality. Most mentees agreed that their assigned mentors had the mentees' best interest in mind, and they shared the different ways they had benefited from their mentors’ guidance. The feedback also included suggestions for improvement which ULI Singapore will take on board when we work on delivering this impactful programme again in 2022.
