Kevin joined Balfour Beatty, a shareholder of Gammon, in Hong Kong in 1996 and moved to Gammon in 2004 where he held a number of senior roles. Kevin was then appointed Chief Executive of The Jardine Engineering Corporation in 2018 where he was responsible for all businesses across Asia. He re-joined Gammon as the Chief Executive in 2021. Kevin has over 30 years’ extensive management experience in the construction and engineering industry covering both the private and public sectors. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He is the Chairman of the Business Environment Council.

Vivian Wong is a Director in the Real Estate Finance team at HSBC specializing in real estate financings in the APAC region with particular focus on emerging markets (including Vietnam and Indonesia) and has regional responsibility for data centres and ESG strategic initiatives for commercial real estate. She participated extensively in setting strategic business direction for a research paper on climate risk impact on real estate in the Greater Bay Area authored by ULI in 2022. She joined HSBC in 2015 from Clifford Chance where she was a Counsel in the Banking & Finance department. Vivian is a qualified lawyer in both England & Wales and Hong Kong SAR and graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA in Laws.

Stuart Mercier is a Managing Partner and Head of Asia, responsible for Brookfield’s Real Estate activities across Asia including business development, investment and portfolio management. He has held several roles across the organization and established Brookfield’s mainland Chinese operations.   Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Mr. Mercier held various investment roles within a boutique Asia real estate investment and advisory firm. He also held several positions at Oxford Properties, the global real estate platform of the OMERS pension fund.   Mr. Mercier holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong and London Business School, where he was the recipient of the Haitong Securities “New Generation of Leaders” scholarship, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bishop’s University. Mr. Mercier serves on the board of the Canada China Business Council and is an advisory council member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (Shanghai) and the Urban Land Institute (China).

Ms. Stephanie LO is Executive Director at Shui On Land [272 HK], a leading real estate developer developing and operating premium residential, commercial and cultural properties in the Mainland China. Stephanie is also the Vice Chairman of Shui On Xintiandi, an asset manager of all Shui On Land’s commercial portfolio and development pipeline. Stephanie takes the lead on corporate development, business and product innovation of the Group and also assists the Chairman to define and execute on the long-term strategy for the group.? Stephanie joined Shui On Land in 2012. Prior to joining the Group, Stephanie worked for various architecture and design firms in New York City, amongst which was Studio Sofield, a firm well-known for its capability in retail design and hospitality. Stephanie currently serves as a member of the Fourteenth Shanghai Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. She was designated a fellow of Aspen Institute’s China Fellowship program and selected as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum in 2020. Stephanie was appointed as a Non-executive Director of SOCAM Development Limited in January 2019. Stephanie?holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Wellesley College in Massachusetts.

Professor Khoo became ULI Asia Pacific Chair on July 1, 2021, and sits on the ULI Global Board of Directors. He brings extensive ULI leadership experience to his new role having previously served as chairman of ULI Singapore (2017-19), vice chairman of the ULI Asia Pacific Executive Committee (2020-21), and as a ULI Global Governing Trustee (since 2018). As one of the most prominent real estate experts in the Asia Pacific region, Khoo Teng Chye has built up a wealth of experience across the public and private sectors and is currently the Director, NUS Cities and Practice Professor, College of Design and Engineering at the National University of Singapore. He was the executive director for the Centre for Liveable Cities (CLC), Ministry of National Development (MND), Singapore from 2010 until 2020, and continues to be a Fellow at CLC. He has held various senior roles including chief executive officer/chief planner at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (1992 to 1996), chief executive officer/group president of PSA Corporation (1996 to 2002), president and chief executive officer of Mapletree Investments and managing director (Special Projects) of Temasek Holdings (2002 to 2003) and chief executive of PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency (2003 to 2011). He sits on the Boards of the Tropical Marine Science Institute of National University of Singapore (NUS), Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (NUS),  the National University Health System Pte Ltd (NUHS), and is Chairman of the NUSDeltares Governing Board. He is a member of the NTU Graduate Advisory Committee and of the Monash University Commission on Intermediate Cities.  He serves as a member of the Development Projects Advisory Panel (DPAP) set up by Ministry of Finance (MOF). He is an advisor to the Land Transport Authority, the East Coast Town Council, and the Pictet Bank (Switzerland) Smart City Advisory Fund. He is also a senior fellow of the URA Academy,  and a fellow of the Singapore Academy of Engineers, and the Institution of Engineers, Singapore.

Ir Andrew YOUNG has over 35 years of executive experience, he was a senior executive and was the Chief Commercial Officer (2011-2017) of Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation and Director of Partnership Development (1998-2011) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Ir YOUNG is currently an Associate Director (Innovation) of Sino Group with responsibility to explore and identify the Group’s innovation and technology development and explore investment opportunities. Ir YOUNG graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) degree and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a Chartered Professional Engineer of the Institutions of Engineers Australia. Ir YOUNG is also an Adjunct Professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and The University of Hong Kong. He serves on various committees in different universities, such as Singapore Management University, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, etc. Ir YOUNG also sits on various position in leading commerce and industry associations, including the Chairman of Hong Kong Automation Technology Council and AI & Robotics Alliance of Hong Kong, Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Startup Council and Hong Kong Medical and Healthcare Device Industries Association, and member of Construction Industry Council, etc.

Benett Theseira is a Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Singapore, Benett is responsible for the development and oversight of PGIM Real Estate’s businesses in Asia Pacific. Benett is a member of the Global Management Council, the Global Investment Committee and the Asia Pacific Investment Committee. Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Benett was the President of MEAG Pacific Star Asia and Pacific Star Capital where he was responsible for the Investment and Fund Management business in Asia for over 6 years. Prior to this, he spent 9 years with the CapitaLand group and held various roles including Managing Director, Europe and Chief Corporate and Investment Officer for the Ascott Group Limited (CapitaLand’s then publicly listed serviced apartment arm). Benett is a Colombo Plan Scholar and started his career with the Singapore Government in the Ministry of Law where he held the position of Assistant Commissioner of Lands.  In addition to his professional roles, Benett serves as a Justice of the Peace in Singapore, a Trustee and former President of the Eurasian Association, Singapore and sits on the advisory boards of several Singapore Government agencies. He is also a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Chair of ULI Singapore.

Amie has worked in sustainability in the built environment for the last 17 years, including on construction sites, in the boardroom as a Global Director of Sustainability for both construction and engineering firms as well as running her own consultancy. She also has a strong academic track record, publishing papers to enhance knowledge share. Christine Loh is Chief Development Strategist at the Institute for the Environment at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and Visiting Scholar at Center for Global Management, the Anderson School of Management, UCLA. She was formerly Undersecretary for the Environment in Hong Kong. In her role, she created new dialogue platforms between the government and business sectors to strengthen Hong Kong’s capacity to meet climate change and environmental challenges. Prof. Loh currently serves as Director and trustee of CDP Worldwide, and holds directorships in the Global Maritime Forum, New Forests Pty Limited, and Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited. She is also a member of BASF’s Stakeholder Advisory Council. Prof. Loh has been involved in non-profit activities ranging from the arts to the environment, to urban development to equal opportunity and constitutional reform. She is well known for her work in designing and facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogue processes to help deepen and broaden understanding on public issues. Prof. Loh holds a Master of Law degree in Chinese and Comparative Law from City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Hull. She has been awarded the Honorary degrees of Doctor of Law by University of Hull and Doctor of Science by University of Exeter.

Jun Ho Pok is a Co-CEO of IGIS Neovalue Asset Management, which is a joint venture with IGIS Asset Management and Neovalue, the real estate developer. Jun Ho is also a senior managing partner of IGIS Asset Management. He joined IGIS as a director of real estate development in 2014 and became a senior managing partner in 2020. In IGIS, he invested almost 10 Billion USD real estate development projects. Prior to joining IGIS Group, he worked at KORAMCO, the first REIT AMC in South Korea for 10 years. In KORAMCO, he also focused on real estate development projects and invested 3 Billion USD. Throughout his career, he focused and invested mainly in commercial real estate development. Jun Ho became a chairman of ULI South Korea in 2018 and also a member of ULI AP Executive Committee and ULI Global Governing Trusttees. Jun Ho earned his BSC and Master's degree in Seoul National University. His major was Landscape Architecture.

Giuliana Auinger is a Partner and Vice President at Schneider Electric, leading their Sustainability Business in Asia, delivering sustainability consulting and managed services to clients. The division’s mission is to help enterprises accelerate climate mitigation actions and reduce carbon emissions using technological solutions.   Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Giuliana was a strategy consulting Partner at KPMG, practice leader at Axiom and management consultant at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants and Booz & Company.  Giuliana has an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Bristol.  

Helen Amos, Sustainability Consulting Lead for Asia Pacific and Head of Sustainability Hong Kong has 20 years’ experience in the sustainability sector. She specialises in the development and implementation of decarbonisation targets and strategies for both operational and embodied carbon. She has a wealth of knowledge on how to face challenges in achieving carbon reduction in the real estate sector. Helen leverages her international expertise from delivering projects in Asia, Africa and the UK in commercial real estate, retail and industrial assets to drive measurable outcomes, working with both investors and occupiers. Before joining JLL Helen was the lead consultant for the development of the CIC Carbon Assessment Tool in Hong Kong, enabling new developments in Hong Kong to measure and optimize their embodied carbon.

A Chartered Engineer with a passion for real estate, sustainability, and technology. Jonathan is responsible for the integration and management of all ESG matters across a ~USD$10bn portfolio of real estate, infrastructure, natural resources, and private equity investments throughout the Asia Pacific region. He also has experience in designing and managing complex building projects, as well as developing and implementing ESG strategies at a corporate level. He has 14 years’ experience in the real estate and sustainable design sectors in both the U.K and Asia. In 2019 he completed a Masters in Sustainability Leadership (MSt) at Cambridge University, focusing on climate resilience and asset management in Asia.

Ron Pressman joined the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) executive team as Global Chief Executive Officer in October 2022. With 35 years of wide-ranging global leadership experience in the financial services, real estate, and energy industries, Pressman is deeply committed to ULI’s mission and three mission priorities – decarbonization, housing, and educating the next generation of diverse leaders. As Global CEO, Pressman will work with the global board of directors and ULI’s regional leadership to strengthen member engagement and expand member impact in each of the three regions in which ULI has a presence – Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Pressman most recently served as CEO of TIAA Institutional Financial Services where he led the company’s long-term vision for delivering financial security for institutional clients. Earlier in his career, he worked at General Electric Corporation (GE) for over 30 years. As President and CEO of GE Capital Real Estate, he led one of the world’s largest and most diversified commercial real estate finance and investment firms, with a presence in 35 countries and a portfolio of more than $85 billion in assets. During his time at GE, Pressman also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Asset Management and Chairman, CEO, and President of Employers Reinsurance. Earlier in his career, Pressman led GE Energy businesses in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Southwest Asia, and the Americas. Pressman has a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and serves the College as a Charter Trustee. He also served as Chairman of the national board of A Better Chance, a non-profit organization that opens doors to leadership development for children of color in the United States, and as a director of Pathways to College, a non-profit that delivers college preparatory skill building to underserved populations in some of the toughest urban and rural public school districts in the US.

Bradford H. Dockser CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Bradford H. Dockser is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Green Generation. Throughout two decades of real estate investing, Brad was a Principal with MacFarlane Partners and the Founding Partner and Managing Director of Starwood Capital Europe and Starwood Capital Asia overseeing operations in each region. Brad began his career with JMB Realty, then the largest US real estate firm, and later with CRI, then the largest owner of multifamily residential properties, where he oversaw the creation of Capital Apartment Properties REIT (CAPREIT). Brad received an A.B. cum laude in Economics and an MBA, both from Harvard University. Brad serves as a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) and is on the Global Advisory Board for ULI's Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance. He previously served as the Chair of ULI’s Redevelopment and Reuse Product Council and founded ULI Washington’s Sustainability Initiative. He is a Non-executive Director of London-based Conduit Capital and a member of The Economic Club of Washington DC, US Green Building Council, and International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP). Brad is a mentor for MetaProp (NY), a CRETech Leadership Board member, and Board Observer for Senseware and Datakwip. He also was Founding Director of the Greater Washington Exploratory Committee, DC’s bid committee for the 2012 Summer Olympics and was the Chairman of the Washington DC Host Committee for the 1994 World Cup

Marta Schantz is the Co-Executive Director of the Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate at the Urban Land Institute (ULI), which leads the global real estate industry in creating buildings and places where people and the environment thrive. Marta brings deep experience in the real estate sustainability market to lead and collaborate across organizations and stakeholders to achieve program goals and successes. Recent focus areas range from Building Electrification, to City/Real Estate Partnerships for Climate Policy, to Net Zero Buildings. Prior to this role, Marta was the Senior Vice President for the Greenprint Center for Building Performance at ULI, a research center and worldwide alliance of leading real estate leaders committed to improving the environmental performance of the global real estate industry – reducing carbon emissions, and increasing building value. Before her time at ULI, Marta worked at Waypoint Energy providing energy efficiency services to utilities and real estate, at Booz Allen Hamilton on the federal energy consulting team, and at the US Department of Energy’s Office of Cost Analysis. Marta is a LEED Green Associate and a Fitwel Ambassador. She serves on the Advisory Board for the Carbon Leadership Forum and is a Commissioner on the Alexandria VA Environmental Policy Commission. Marta has been recognized as an Energy + Environmental Leader 100, as well as an Association of Energy Services Professionals “One to Watch.” She holds a B.S. in Biological Engineering with a minor in Science Policy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

As chief executive of ULI Europe, Lisette van Doorn is responsible for the development of the Institute’s activities across the region, including its renowned pan-European conferences and over 250 local meetings and events across 14 countries. She is responsible for working with ULI’s staff both locally and globally to deliver more high profile content and reports; coordinating Advisory Services panels and Urban Plan; and expanding the Institute’s thought leadership across Europe. Van Doorn joined ULI in January 2015 from LIRE, her own consultancy business, which advises international institutional real estate investors and fund managers on strategy, organisational optimisation and portfolio structuring. Prior to this, van Doorn was country manager for CBRE Global Investors where she managed a €1.6bn portfolio of assets in Italy and fund manager of two shopping centre funds (€ 1.3 billion) with assets in Spain, Portugal and Italy. Before joining CBRE Global Investors, van Doorn was founding chief executive for INREV, the European association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles for four and a half years. Van Doorn started her career at ING Investment Management, where she held account manager and assistant controller positions before being made managing director of research & strategy for ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe.

Eli is an expert in sustainable urban development. His experience around the globe includes plans and initiatives for new and revitalised places, large-scale urbanisation and regional strategies, climate change strategy and policy, masterplanning for transit oriented development, reclamation and waterfront development, industry, tourism and leisure projects, and pioneering creation of a mechanism in the UK for low-carbon retrofit of existing buildings. Most recently Eli was Director of Atkins' Planning and Urban Design practice in Hong Kong and South East Asia and Net Zero leader for Asia; Regional Practice Lead for Consulting, Strategy and Advisory; and chair of Atkins' Urban Planning Global Network. He is currently an adjunct associate professor at the University of Hong Kong and a member of the Advisory Board of AMRACE (the Advanced Manufacturing Robotics Accelerator Centre of Excellence) in Malaysia. Eli is chair of the programming and events committee and a member of the executive committee at ULI Hong Kong, sits on the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design’s public affairs and international and mainland affairs committees, and was previously chair of the International Infrastructure Forum's net zero working group at the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, Eli is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts.

Phil Kim is a Board Member, Shareholder and Managing Director Asia Pacific at the Jerde Partnership, Inc. in Los Angeles and Asia, focusing on Jerde’s constantly evolving places that has impacted and rejuvenated Asia cities, with the firm recognized with 160 international design awards. He advises companies and cities on innovation in integrated development, retail, urban revitalization, vertical cities and the value creation of place. Langham Place Hong Kong, Roppongi Hills Tokyo and Quay Quarters Sydney are past and present notable projects representative of a people-based design that draws over one billion visitors to Jerde projects around the world annually in twenty countries. He is a ULI Trustee, Co-Chair of the UrbanPlan education initiative for Hong Kong and Asia, an Asia Pacific Executive Council member and Hong Kong Chair. He is also a Founding Member of the Institute for Sustainable Urbanisation focusing on urban regeneration of emerging cities.

Based in Hong Kong, I'm a sustainability executive at Hang Lung Properties. I have more than two decades of experience in cleantech, infrastructure, and sustainability in Canada and Asia, including senior corporate roles in the electricity sector and wide-ranging experience as a consultant and lawyer. My education includes two law degrees from McGill University, and I was a Yale World Fellow (2008). I am proficient in spoken and written Mandarin. I'm pleased to be a member of the ULI Asia Pacific Resilient Cities Council.
