    Peter Holland

    Director, Cistri

    Peter Holland is one of Australia’s foremost property economists and a specialist in the retail and mixed-use sectors. He is recognised for his meticulous research, perceptive insights and detailed understanding of global property markets. With more than 30 years’ experience, Peter’s expertise is extensive – including new development projects, urban regeneration, asset enhancement and market entry strategies. A leader in his profession, Peter is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), past Australia Chair of ULI and a past Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s National Research Committee. He also holds a Master of City and Regional Planning (Real Estate) from Harvard University and an architecture degree from the University of Melbourne. Since joining Urbis Australia in 2003, Peter has advised on major projects around the world, particularly in Asia and the Middle East. He has been at the forefront of Urbis Australia’s expanding global footprint and is proud to have led the launch of Cistri, Urbis Australia’s new advisory firm in Singapore.

    Hui Min Chan

    Director, DP Architects Pte Ltd

    Ms Chan Hui Min is a Director at DP Architects. In addition to running large-scale architectural and urban planning projects, she oversees the firm’s Design Intelligence department who shapes of the firm’s strategic direction for design technology research and BIM. Her career spans multiple disciplines, including architecture, interior design, urban planning, and new media design. Her design experience in a broad range of project typologies often positions her in leadership roles for strategic development and design. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has been instrumental in running numerous large-scale architectural and urban planning projects in the Middle East, Turkey and India. Hui Min graduated with Master of Architecture from Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at, Columbia University in 2000, and obtained a Master of Science in Sustainable Building Design from the University of Nottingham in 2015. Her key project credits include Seef Lusail, a major waterfront master plan in Qatar; the urban redevelopment master plan of Okmeydani in downtown Istanbul; and Emaar Square, a large-scale mixed-use retail project in Istanbul. She is currently working on the redevelopment of the historic waterfront on the Golden Horn in Istanbul.
