Sybil is the director in the PwC Singapore Infrastructure team, focusing on Asset Management and Infratech. She is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Certified Project Manager and Asset Manager with over 20 years of industry experience in civil and structural engineering and asset management. Her experience has been mainly in the UK and South East Asia.   Sybil has been active in delving into digital technology and how that can integrate into the whole lifecycle within Infrastructure and Built Environment in the past 4 years. Her area of interest now is to help clients to plan, strategise and implement digital and workable solutions into their assets so as to provide added Value to them. Sybil is also a flag bearer to mentoring female in the Construction industry in Singapore to support them their career paths. She has been speaking and participating in numerous events in the past few years to create awareness and knowledge of digitalisation like the Infrastructure Asia Marketplace 2022, IBEW 2020, PMI SG Webinar and Digital construction Online 2022, PMI Green Transformation in Project Management 2022 and the Aecom City hack 2022.

Su Lin Wee is an Executive Director and Head of Asset Management for Southeast Asia at PGIM Real Estate, overseeing assets across Singapore, Malaysia and China. Su Lin has almost 20 years of real estate experience, focusing primarily on the asset management and development of retail assets and mixed-use projects. She started her career in Singapore’s Urban Redevelopment Authority where she was responsible for planning the award-winning Bras Basah District in central Singapore and the national Sports Hub project. This was followed by development and asset management experience with real estate developers Lend Lease and CapitaLand, where she was responsible for large scale retail and mixed-use portfolios. She was the project director responsible for CapitaLand’s S$1.6 billion Westgate Mall and office integrated development. Su Lin was also the head of CapitaLand’s Corporate Development and Group Planning Division, which drove innovation culture across the group, with the objective of evolving the business model and adopting new technologies disrupting real estate. Su Lin was most recently in global consultancy firm Surbana Jurong, where she led the joint opportunities team to secure key master planning and infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia, India and Australia. Su Lin holds a master’s degree in architecture from the National University of Singapore.

As the Group Director of Building & Research Institute (BRI), a research set-up under the Housing & Development Board (HDB) of Singapore, Sze Tiong leads HDB’s efforts in spearheading innovative, cost effective solutions and technologies to create a better living environment and achieve greater sustainability. Appointed concurrently as HDB’s Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO), Sze Tiong champions HDB’s sustainability strategy and aligns sustainability efforts across HDB to further support Whole-of-Government’s sustainability growth areas. Sze Tiong together with his team formulated the important frameworks and roadmaps to guide HDB in its Sustainable Development, Smart Towns efforts and Applied Research Strategies. He is also nurturing multi-disciplinary professionals such as architects and engineers in BRI’s Centre of Design Excellence to strengthen organisational professional expertise and competencies. Under his leadership, his team translate research know-how into real applications through the in-house design projects to evaluate and enhance these new urban solutions for possible wider scale deployment and setting new benchmarks for HDB developments. Punggol Eco Town and Tengah Forest Town are examples of the new generation HDB Towns planned, designed and developed by introducing many of the new urban solutions and design concepts. For these achievements, Sze Tiong is conferred several awards both locally and internationally. Just to name a few, they are the President’s Technology Award, IES Prestigious Engineering Achievement Awards, Asian Scientist 100, ASEAN Outstanding Engineering Achievement Awards, the American Academy of Environmental & Scientists - Environmental Sustainability Honour Award and the Energy Globe Award. Sze Tiong is a Board member of the Singapore Green Building Council. He represents HDB in several committees, including Urban Solutions and Sustainability Technical Advisory Workgroup and Robotics and Automation Implementation Committee.

Niel Thassim is a Managing Director and the Asia Pacific Head of Brookfield’s Private Funds Group, based in Singapore. In this role, Mr. Thassim is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with leading investment partners in the region. He is also the CEO of Brookfield Singapore Pte Ltd. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Thassim served as the Managing Director and the Asia Pacific Head of Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate investment management business (RREEF). He also previously held senior roles within RREEF and Deutsche Bank in Australia, London, Hong Kong and Singapore. Prior to this, Mr. Thassim held executive positions with Coopers & Lybrand, Bankers Trust, Credit Suisse First Boston and Colonial First State Investments in Australia and the United Kingdom. Mr. Thassim has over 24 years of finance, accounting and real estate investment management experience. Mr. Thassim graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) degree and holds a Masters of Applied Finance Degree from Macquarie University, Australia. Mr. Thassim is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. Ben Moo is the Built Environment Sector Leader, ASEAN and East Asia at global engineering, management and development firm Mott MacDonald. Ben has spent his career delivering buildings and infrastructure projects around the world, with a passion for impactful and innovative sustainable outcomes. Having been based in Australia, Dubai and Singapore, Ben brings a wealth of international experience, and diversity of thought in his approach to design and technical advisory. One of Ben’s keys portfolio responsibilities, is to help his clients benchmark, set targets, and successfully implement their sustainability and decarbonisation goals.

Wanshi is responsible for the development and integration of Frasers Property’s group strategy across the diverse businesses and markets the Group operates in, while working in collaboration with the senior leadership team. She also oversees the Group’s portfolio management analysis, research, planning, communications and branding and strategic innovation functions. Prior to joining the Group on 8 February 2018, Wanshi held positions as Head of Investment Management at CapitaLand, Director of Multi-asset Class Research at Mount Kellett Capital (Hong Kong), as well as Vice President for Distressed Products Group and Strategic Investment Group at Deutsche Bank. Wanshi holds a double degree from the University of Pennsylvania, USA, where she graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Concentration in Finance, and from the College of Arts and Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Wanshi also serves the broader community as a Member of the Investment Committee at The National Kidney Foundation Singapore and as an Executive Committee member of the Urban Land Institute in Singapore where she also co-chairs its Women’s Leadership Initiative.

Hui Min Chan is a Director and board member at DP Architects. Trained as an architect, her career spans multiple disciplines to include architecture, urban planning and new media design. Her broad design experience formed the foundation for a passion in innovation and advocacy of sustainable design practices. She currently leads the firm’s efforts in design technology research and digital twin adoption. She is a founder of DP Urban, a subsidiary of DP Architects focused on Urban Planning and infrastructure design services. She also spearheaded DP Architects’ business in Turkey and the CIS, leading to the founding of the Turkey branch in 2016. Her notable architecture project credits include Emaar Square in Istanbul, and she is currently working on the urban regeneration of historic Tersanie Istanbul Shipyards on the Golden Horn. Her other key project credits in Singapore include Woods Square, a catalytic commercial development for Woodlands Regional Centre, the Orchard Road Business Study, and the redevelopment masterplan of Alexandra Hospital. Other overseas projects include Seef Lusail, a major waterfront master plan in Qatar and the urban redevelopment master plan of Okmeydani in downtown Istanbul.

Mr. Vinamra Srivastava is the Chief Sustainability Officer (Designate), of CapitaLand Investment (CLI). Vinamra oversees the Group Sustainability function globally and is responsible for formulating and integrating the Group’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy, policies and best practices into its business and operations, helping CLI to achieve its sustainability targets, deliver long-term economic value to stakeholders and foster a culture of sustainability across the organization. Prior to this role, Vinamra was CEO, Business Parks for CapitaLand India since 2018. He oversaw real estate investments, private equity fund management, asset management, development management, leasing & marketing, operations, strategic planning and sustainability strategy for growing CapitaLand’s business parks portfolio in India. Vinamra also led multiple sustainability projects across India, including evaluating investments in developing solar farms, formulating renewable power purchase agreements, installing rooftop solar panels, implementing digital technologies to improve energy and water efficiency, piloting zero-waste solutions and improving health & wellness quotients of the buildings. He previously headed Group Corporate Strategy & Development for Ascendas-Singbridge between 2015 and 2018. In that role, Vinamra contributed to the successful Ascendas-Singbridge post-merger integration process, oversaw formulation of the company’s corporate strategy, formed entry strategies into new businesses and geographies, and played a key leadership role to develop the India growth strategy. Prior to joining CLI, Vinamra was a management consultant having worked with firms like Roland Berger, Arthur D Little, Cisco Systems and BCG. He has diverse experience in the areas of growth strategy, new market entry, infrastructure investments, due-diligence, M&A, and feasibility studies among others. He has led projects in multiple geographies including South-East Asia, India, China, Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Vinamra holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from University of Pune.

Ar. Tan Szue Hann, M. Arch, is an award-winning ESG and sustainable development professional, strategist, and thought leader in Sustainability. He is currently Head of Sustainability and Deputy General Manager, Sustainable Urban Renewal, at Keppel Land. He has been Director of Sustainability Development and Engineering at Marina Bay Sands, and Chairman of Sustainability, Singapore Institute of Architects. In 2021, with a group of international sustainability leaders, he co-founded IxSA (Innovation x Sustainability Alliance), a non-profit global think tank. He has also been a Board Member of the Singapore Green Building Council, and an invited member of the BCA Green Built-Environment Advisory Committee. He has previously been Managing Director of MINIWIZ, a Temasek-supported circular economy company that turns waste materials into architecture and products, and was Head of Sustainability and Resiliency at Singapore-based global infrastructure consultancy Surbana Jurong from 2013-18. Hann obtained an MBA with Distinction from Northumbria University, with a thesis on strategic management in businesses through ESG. He graduated with M Arch from the National University of Singapore (NUS), with a visiting fellowship to the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2007, and a BA Arch (First Class Honours) in 2006. On graduation, he was awarded the Lee Kuan Yew Medal, Board of Architects Medal, and the ICI Gold Medal. He is a Registered Architect in Singapore, and also an appointed World Cities Summit Young Leader (from 2016), and BCA Built Environment Young Leader (from 2016), both by the Ministry of National Development, Singapore. He has also taught multiple sustainability and architecture courses at local universities NUS and SUTD. Hann was also Singapore’s 2015-16 Young Green Architect of the Year, awarded by BCA-SGBC, and a Minister's Award recipient (2017), Singapore. He was elected Chairman of the ARCASIA (Architects Regional Council Asia) Committee for Young Architects (2017-18) and in 2017, was inducted into Generation T, a group of society and community changemakers below the age of 40, as one of Cartier’s 5 Bright Sparks, by Asia Tatler. In 2019, he was inducted into the Prestige 40 Under 40 List, by Prestige Singapore, as one of the leading Changemakers in the nation. He was also awarded the inaugural BCA Young Leader Advocate Award 2019, for his work in sustainability and the built environment. Hann's sustainable development portfolio includes the award-winning ParkRoyal on Pickering, the SPACE Asia Hub and the Ogilvy & Mather office with WOHA; the BCA SkyLab, a rotatable test bed for building technologies, which won a Minister’s Award on Singapore’s National Day, 2017. He has also managed the design of an 8000-hectare circular economy master plan north of Bangkok, and an IT campus in Bangalore. He has spoken in numerous international conferences, including the World Cities Summit 2019 in Medellin, Colombia, the UN-organised 2019 Asia Pacific Urban Forum 7 in Penang, COP25 in Madrid in December 2019, and the UN Global Compact Network Summit in 2022.

Kabi leads the Asset Services team in Arup’s Singapore office. Starting his career as a structural design engineer, he has worked on several projects in Australia prior to joining the façade team in Singapore. After years of inspecting existing building facades and advising clients about potential risks on a portfolio of buildings, Kabi now focuses on existing assets and have a keen interest in remote monitoring and assessing assets using digital tools and technology. As a chartered engineer, he values the important of adoption of digital technology and generative design in meeting key drivers in the design and delivery of projects particularly in view of changing market trends and climate change. Utilising his experience on existing building facades, Kabi now manages multidisciplinary teams on asset services and provides strategic advice that is focused on our clients’ different needs to upgrade or restore the condition and ways of monitoring of assets. Through customized frameworks, Kabi works with clients to review options and implement strategies in reducing the asset/s’s operational carbon and enhancing the value of the asset.

Luke Edwards is the Head of Australia in the Renewable Power & Transition Group.  In this role, Mr. Edwards is responsible for the overall growth and management of renewable power and transition investments, operations and development activities in Australia.    Mr. Edwards began his career at Brookfield in 2021 as a Vice President in Brookfield’s Infrastructure group, where he focused on investment origination, analysis and execution.  Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Edwards held various roles across engineering, commercial and investments sectors including a Director position at Citi. He has also held roles at Goldman Sachs, in its power, utilities and infrastructure investment banking teams and has experience as a field engineer for Schlumberger in Brazil and Alaska.     Mr. Edwards holds Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and Bachelor of Commerce degrees, both from the University of Sydney.

Another momentous experience was working as a city competitiveness consultant for the World Bank and the IFC, advising 60+ municipalities on regulatory reforms and digital transformation in India, Nigeria, Pakistan and Southern Sudan.

Professor Lam Khee Poh is the Dean of The School of Design and Environment at NUS. As an educator, researcher, architect and consultant, Professor Lam specialises in lifecycle building information modelling and computational design support systems for total building performance analysis and building diagnostics. Professor Lam serves as a member of the Future Economy Council (Built Environment) Cluster sub-committee and as Advisory Board member of the Centre for Liveable Cities, MND. In 2013, he was awarded the Alexander Schwarzkopf Prize for Technological Innovation by the US National Science Foundation and received an IBM Faculty Award in 2010. Professor Lam graduated from the University of Nottingham, UK with a Bachelor of Architecture degree with honors and holds a Ph.D. in Architecture as well as an Emeritus Professorship from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr Tan Boon Khai was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of JTC Corporation on 1 Sep 2020. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive of the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) from 1 May 2015 till 31 August 2020. Mr Tan joined SLA from CapitaLand Limited, where he was with since 2010. In his time at CapitaLand, he held several portfolios, including as Regional General Manager (Singapore and Malaysia) for The Ascott Limited from April 2011 to 2014. Before joining the private sector, Mr Tan served as a Justice’s Law Clerk and Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court, as well as District Judge in the then Subordinate Courts of Singapore. He is also called as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore. In 2006, he was seconded to the Ministry of Health as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Ministry of Health Holdings Pte Ltd. His last appointment in the Public Service was as Deputy Senior State Counsel / Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Attorney-General’s Chambers of Singapore. Mr Tan graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the University of Nottingham in the UK in 1995. Mr Tan is the Chairman of Management, Development & Compensation Committee and a member of the Executive Committee and Audit Committee.

Chintan Raveshia is the Southeast Asia lead for the Cities business in Arup, a global planning, design and engineering consultancy. An architect and urban designer, he has worked with governments to shape and implement national, regional and precinct-level urban planning and design strategies, and deepened his local understanding and knowledge across many geographies. In 19 years, he collaborated on and led some of the most iconic projects around the world including the Indonesia new capital city, UK's High-Speed 2 and Smart Urban Habitat Masterplan in Singapore. He has proven experience in masterplanning precincts and mixed-use developments, smart cities, transport and tourism strategies, urban regeneration, resilience and designing successful transit-oriented developments. Passionate about climate action, Chintan is undertaking research that galvanises the built environment against climate risks while exploring opportunities in food resilience and active mobility. He is also a World Cities Summit Young Leader and a visiting lecturer at the National University of Singapore.

Mr Cheng Hsing Yao is Chief Executive Officer of GuocoLand Group, a premier Asian real estate brand focused on creating innovative products that meet the future needs of how people live and work. The Group has a proven track record of developing and managing iconic integrated developmentsas well as high-end quality residential developments in key gateway citiessuch as its flagship Guoco Towerand the upcoming Guoco Midtownin Singapore, Guoco Changfeng City in Shanghai and Chongqing GuocoLand 18T in Chongqing, China, as well as Damansara City in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Hsing Yao is also a Director of Eco World International, a developer with key investments in London and Australia. Prior to joining GuocoLandGroup, he was with the Singapore public service. There, he held leadership positions at the Centre for Liveable Cities and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and was involved in projects like the Marina Bay and the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. Hsing Yao was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2006. In January 2021, Hsing Yao was appointed by the President of the Republic of Singapore as a Nominated Member of Parliament. Currently, Hsing Yao is a board member of the National Parks Board. He is also Co-chairman of the Integrated Digital Delivery Steering Committee and the Central Procurers Panel at the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). In addition, he is a member of URA’s International Panel of Experts, Design Advisory Committee as well as Heritage and Identity Partnership. Besides serving as an executive committee member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Singapore, Hsing Yao is a member of the Management Board of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS) at the National University of Singapore. In addition, he is also a Director of the Business Improvement District (BID) association for Tanjong Pagar. Hsing Yao holds a Master in Design Studies from Harvard University, Bachelor of Architecture from Newcastle University, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Arts from National University of Singapore.
