By providing a forum for the exchange of ideas on ‘best practices’ in the use of land, and facilitating collaborations and conversations between industry leaders, policy makers, educators, and organisations, we are helping to create better places in our communities and better living in our region.
ULI Singapore is dedicated to offering meaningful value and opportunities to our members, in ideas, networking, and community impact. To accomplish this, we provide a wide variety of programmes, tours, socials, member-only councils, and committees, and also serves as a trusted partner and advisor on issues related to the responsible use of land.
ULI advisory services panels provide strategic advice to sponsors on land use and real estate development issues. Panels link developers, public agencies, and other sponsors to the knowledge and experience of ULI and its membership.
UrbanPlan’s mission is to create a sophisticated level of discourse among local stakeholders involved in land use decisions through the education of tomorrow’s voters, neighbors, community leaders, public officials, and land use professionals so—together—we can create better communities.
WLI was conceived to increase the visibility and professional development opportunities for women in ULI and throughout the land use and real estate development industry, and to foster collaboration with National Councils in other cities.
The Young Leaders Group consists of ULI Singapore members under the age of 35 who want to be actively involved in shaping the built environment and the future of the real estate industry here.
NEXT supports the ULI mission by identifying, connecting, and elevating the next generation of leaders for the built environment and ULI globally. ULI Singapore NEXT engages and supports ULI Singapore members aged 35 – 45 into all of ULI’s activities.
