Many of us enjoy and benefit from ULI events, and the opportunity to learn and share with each other. We also get to meet diverse people from across the real estate sector and understand the full life cycle of the real estate market. How about helping a talent from your own circle connect with the ULI network? Networking is always easier with a friendly introduction and support.

We seek a personal commitment from our existing ULI Singapore members (Insiders) who are already attending our events, to help other people connect to the wider ULI network.

Your nominated participants can be younger colleagues, new entrants to the real estate sector, or friends already in the real estate sector who are not familiar with ULI.

The Insider should :

• In a year, invite up to two Mentees to join this mentorship programme.
• Discuss with the Mentees what they hope to get from the mentorship programme, and identify the topics that interest them, the types of ULI events they might wish to attend, whom they may wish to meet.
• Bring along and host the Mentees at events that interest them – up to two events per annum per participant, at no charge to the Mentee.
• During the hosted event, introduce the Mentee to other members, support them and guide the conversations
• Apart from guidance provided during the events, Insiders can also choose to make themselves available outside of these events if they wish

Criteria for Mentees :

• Mentees do not need to be current ULI members
• Mentees to have minimum five years’ work experience
• Mentees do not need to be part of the same company as the Insider

30 September: Mentees confirmation
October 2019  -September 2020: Mentorship programme

This mentorship programme is open to ULI Singapore members only. Corporate Members have priority. Interested members should email ULI Singapore with their proposed Mentees (name and email) and we will contact them directly for their personal particulars.
