1. Act as an inclusive leader – actively support and advance gender equality and inclusion in the organisation, across all operational and business functions
2. Promote an inclusive workplace environment and culture that creates equal growth opportunities for both men and women’s advancement at all levels within the organisation
3. Participate in building the women leadership talent pipeline, including succession planning, to ensure a growing and sustainable pool of women leaders
4. Fairly practise gender neutral hiring and recruitment process with diverse interview teams

5. Advocate for thoughtful and appropriate inclusivity across different roles within the industry
6. Advocate for flexible and family-friendly working policies to address the differing needs of a diverse group of male and female employees (across their evolving life phases), to optimise their ability to work effectively and efficiently
7. Encourage participation in internal and external DEI workshops and training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills to better mitigate bias in the workplace and beyond.

8. Share best practices, initiatives, and strategies to foster gender equality with other organisations across the real estate industry
9. Promote the importance of engaging service providers on unconscious bias and diversity
10. Advocate for diversity in the real estate industry with a commitment to eliminate gender discrimination
