ULI Singapore’s WLI (Women’s Leadership Initiative) Webinar Series addresses the challenges and celebrates successes of women in the workplace today. In such challenging times, we are embracing new ways of meeting to bring our members together online. This webinar series gathers prominent female leaders in the real estate industry to discuss prevailing hot topics in the industry and serves as a regular virtual platform to profile women professionals in the ULI community.

As markets change and lockdowns are enforced, the trajectory of the hospitality industry remains highly unpredictable. A panel of hoteliers share candidly their experiences and major lessons learned so far, the efforts they’re making to adjust their operations to support employees while balancing that with cost controls as well as fund raising and strengthening liquidity in an era of uncertainty.
