With a fast-growing women membership in one of the world’s most competitive city, ULI Singapore is excited to welcome two notable industry professionals as the new leaders of its Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Executive Committee. Effective 1 July 2020, Tang Wei Leng, Managing Director, Singapore, of Colliers International and Zheng Wanshi, Group Chief Strategy & Planning Officer of Frasers Property Limited have been appointed as new Co-Chairs of WLI Singapore for a two-year term. They will also join the ULI Singapore Executive Committee.
“Real estate plays a major role in shaping the experiences of communities and of its people. I believe it starts with purposeful inclusivity and diversity in a meaningful and lasting way within our industry.
I admire the work ULI Singapore and WLI Singapore have done in promoting the advancement and visibility of women leaders in real estate and supporting the development of young women members as leaders. I am honoured to be given the opportunity to co-lead this important cause together with Wei Leng and our fellow members of the WLI Singapore Executive Committee.”

In addition, two new members of the ULI Singapore Women’s Leadership Initiative Exco will commence two-year terms on 1 July 2020:
“We are delighted to have industry stalwarts Wei Leng and Wanshi as co-chairs of WLI as well as Li Ling and Shin Hui who have joined the Exco.” said ULI Singapore Chair Ong Choon Fah, Chief Executive Officer of Edmund Tie. “We are confident that under their leadership, WLI will continue to promote the advancement, visibility and development of women leaders, to build a diverse and inclusive real estate community – furthering the great work which Yu-Ning, Magdalene and the outgoing Exco members have achieved.”
