The Urban Land Institute (ULI) launched its 16th edition of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Asia Pacific 2022 report in collaboration with PwC on 24 November 2021.  Based on personal interviews with and surveys from 334 of the most influential leaders in the real estate industry, this forecast provides a heads-up on where to invest, which sectors and markets offer the best prospects, and trends in the capital markets that will affect real estate.

ULI Singapore and PwC Singapore co-launched this report on 24 November 2021 where the top 10 trends were presented to an invited group of real estate and land use professionals.

This presentation was followed by an exchange of opinions between

• Simon Treacy, CEO Private Equity Real Estate, CapitaLand Investments
